At SleepWiz, we understand that so much of your day hinges upon the quality of sleep you get at night. That is why we use quality materials and tight controls to make sure your SleepWiz products can be depended upon to help you sleep better every single night.
Request
a claim by filling in the simple Warranty Claim form.
You’ll need:
- 1. Photo of the defect
- 2. Photo of the overall product
- 3. Your order receipt (from your email)
Prepare the item
Bag and seal the items with their protective wrappers for pickup once your claim has been approved.
Print out and attach the return waybill sent to you to the package.
Pick-up & Replacement
will be done at your very own doorstep. Once the product under warranty has been returned to us, a replacement will be delivered within a week*! Alternatively, you may opt to come down to our office for a quicker exchange.
