I waited 2.5 months for this product to be available, and it was totally worth it. The team kept me updated about the new improvements they were making to the mattress topper whenever I contacted them, as well as regular updates about the predicted date of availability. You can tell that the staff are genuinely interested in the customer, and is trying to put out the best product possible. I had been put on a special notification list, and they finally let me place a back order so that my order can be dispatched before processing and a few days earlier than the rest. While waiting for this Herculean topper, I had actually tried other latex mattress toppers and even bought a new memory foam bed to replace my old one. They all felt ‘off’ and I had to return them all, and I did not have very high hopes for this when it arrived, since it looked very ordinary. However, this is it – the feel is perfect. Long review warning: I’ve had multiple unsupportive mattresses in the last 4 years – I returned 2 within a few weeks, and threw one away after a year. I’ve been using my current Noa Luxe for close to a year. It was great at first but started softening and sinking in the middle after a few months, so I decided to give latex mattress toppers a go as I have heard really good things about latex online, My same-day delivery arrived in only 6 hours and only cost $15! It came in a really heavy box and the mattress topper sprung right out like a jack-in-a-box. It didn’t look that huge, so the material must be pretty dense. I’ve never used organic latex before, but there was no off-gassing or weird chemical smell unlike all other beds-in-a-box I have tried, which makes me feel more comfortable sleeping in. When I put it over my mattress and dove onto it, I knew I had found the right product. I would rate it as firm, but not in a wooden kind of way. The foam feels springy, and bouncy. It doesn’t feel hard on the surface, but the resistance increases a lot once you press in. It’s almost like there is a force field over your mattress keeping you on the surface? It is just the best feeling ~ I haven’t used it long enough to vouch for durability, but the latex does feel solid and durable and I’ve heard natural latex lasts longer. Even if lasts a year or two, it’ll still be saving me money having to change mattresses every year or so since it’s quite a bit cheaper.

This memory topper is very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at how much comfort this simple 2″ topper created on our uncomfortable spring mattress. We were going to buy a whole new mattress but decided to give this a try first. It is amazing. Made all the difference in the world. I thought we would need a thicker pad but apparently memory foam doesn’t need much to work. There was the usual memory foam smell for the first 1.5 days, but it was almost gone by the 2nd morning. Best of all, it really stays cool, unlike other memory foam pillows I used to have. And the price is so affordable, I haven’t been able to find a mattress topper cheaper than this after shipping, even just standard memory foam.

Purchased during the sitewide free shipping promo and was pleasantly surprised that it was delivered so quickly! Site said 3 – 5 business days but it came the following afternoon. Compressed into nice cream-colour zipper bag that can be reuse when packing or moving house. Haven’t tried to sleep on it but tested by lying on it and it was very soft with a lot of air rushing out, which felt cool.
